Winter Wonderland is the perfect party theme for the festive season.

Winter Wonderland or Christmas Party – Bronze Package

Recommended for 50 to 150 guests.

What does this package include?

• Setting up your party venue with a winter themed backdrop (6m wide), and white starlight cloth (6x3m), two film strip walkways, two Narnia theme panels, Christmas tree scene with artificial snow and four reindeers and many other Christmas statues....
• Decorating 15 dinner tables with glitter table runners and themed centrepieces – silver bottles with blue and white ostrich feathers placed on a flat mirror plates
• Enhancing the themed decorations with wash lighting for the props and backdrops (six wireless battery uplighters will be installed)
• Setting up a disco, including PA system, professional DJ and special lighting effects
• Offering the guests fun photo opportunities – selfie pod or deluxe photo booth with winter themed backdrops

Winter Wonderland or Christmas Party – Silver Package

Recommended for 150 to 250 guests

• Includes everything in the Bronze Package plus:

• A larger party space will be set up, with a winter tree scene (6m wide) and two additional white starlight cloths (6x3m), two Christmas themed panels, Illuminated cube presents and a tree walkway.
• Decorating 10 more dinner tables with glitter table runners and winter themed centrepieces
• Enhanced lighting (six more uplighters will be installed)
• More fun for the guests, with virtual reality Christmas themed experience and either a Gold Cup reindeer race

  A themed entrance to the party venue, with a starlit tunnel

• Extended party space with one additional white starlight cloth (6x3m), four silver shimmer drapes (6x3m), four Christmas trees with LED presents boxes and ten white picket fences (6ft each)
• Enhanced lighting effects, with gobo snowflake lighting, 200 meters of LED fairy lighting to cloak around the silver shimmer drapes, and six extra LED wall wash lighting
• Themed decorations for 25 more tables
• More fun for the guests with a rodeo reindeer and a Christmas themed carnival side stalls
• A waffle bar serving ice cream and waffles, with delicious syrups and chocolate fountains.

  Customize your package by adding more props and decorations items, games, entertainment acts and treats for your guests:

• Fun games for your guests: Winter Wonderland themed side stalls, Gold Cup reindeer race etc
• Enhanced disco area with stylish black and white dance floor
• Treats for the guests: popcorn cart, waffle bar, mulled wine bar or candy floss cart
• Entertainers – choose from a varied list including snow globe artistes, winter mime artistes, LED ballerinas, acrobats, table magician, LED juggler and gospel choir

  The following are included as standard party packages:

• Liaising with your venue and managing the setup of your party.
• At least one of event 4 fun event team will be available for the whole duration of your party to supervise your event from the start to the End.

Practical information

We use the latest technology, remote controlled battery uplighters (not tied to sockets, therefore no hazard of tripping over cables). All our lights are LED – they do not get hot, so they are safe to touch.
All our backdrops and panels are freestanding – so there is no risk of damage to walls at event venue.
